Let’s first explore Ayutthaya, a former capital of Thailand and a UNESCO Cultural World Heritage Site, with a visit to the Ayutthaya Historical Study Center for an overview of the relationships between Ayutthaya and Europeans over the centuries!

Then, we’ll visit the temples of Wat Mahathat and Wat Phrasri sanphet I’ll explain to you the history of Ayutthaya, its temples, and kings!

We continue the Ayutthaya tour with a short visit to a local market where typical local delicacies are baked, fried, sold and eaten! Stop by the huge reclining Buddha, the biggest one in Ayutthaya, at Wat Lokayasutharam Temple.

Let’s have lunch at a riverside restaurant! Here, you can order authentic Thai food. You’re missing out if you don’t come to eat at the riverside!

We drive towards the north side of Ayutthaya towards Ang Thong City.

We are at Ang Thong! Let’s first visit the giant Buddhist monk statue of Luang Pu Thuat and Wat Muang Temple to see the biggest Buddha in the Thialand, measuring over 98 meters high!

It’s time to drive back to Bangkok.
