Nan
Nestled in the north of Thailand, the province of Nan acts as a border with Laos. Sparsely populated and little frequented by tourists, it has managed to preserve its greenery and natural charm which immediately aspire to serenity. The province is still covered in forests and is home to several mountains that are perfect for recharging your batteries or trekking. It is mainly inhabited by ethnic groups such as the Thai Yuan, the Thai Lu, the Lao Puan, the Lua, the Kamu, the Hmong, the Mian or the Mabri.
The city of Nan develops a lot of local tourism even if there are few foreigners who know it. Obviously, the city represents an interesting stage at the cultural and historical level. If you have visited the essentials of Thailand, a passage to Nan will enrich you more and will calm you for sure.
