Krabi

In terms of continuous habitation, Krabi, a southern province on Thailand’s Andaman coast, may be considered Krabi as the oldest area in Thailand. It is surrounded by the Andaman Sea and includes over 130 islands, the most well-known of which are Koh Phi Phi Lee, which is uninhabited, and Koh Phi Phi Don, which is the majority of the province and offers tourist-friendly facilities.

The hottest month of the year is March with an average daily maximum of 35 C and an average low of 22 C. The coolest month of the year is August with an average daily maximum of 31 C and an average low of 24 C.

How to get there

The most convenient methods to reach Krabi town  from Bangkok’s Don Mueang Airport is by flight. It takes under 90 minutes to reach their destination. When you arrive to Krabi International Airport, many transport means which you can choose are Air-conditioned shuttle buses, songthaew (shared pick-up taxis), and standard taxis.

Another affordable methods to travel from Bangkok to Krabi are by train, and bus or ferry.
